You will ensure training runs smoothly, setting up and project managing the key steps for preparation, delivery and follow-up.Your responsibilities.- Co-ordinate and project manage the delivery of all training, which includes online and in-person training
- Liaise with clients about training
- Customise course content based on client needs if required
- Provide tech and admin support for all training, such as setting up registration for the training, copying and updating the courses within our online platform, and updating and customising slides for the training
- Problem-solve any unexpected technical, process, or administrative issues
- Support the Training Manager, Content Creator and trainers with their responsibilities and provide regular updates to the Training Manager
We would also love you to help in the following areas if you have any of these skills, but these are not essential to the role.- Proof-read publications
- Create visual content for our communications, digital tools, and implementation outputs
- Create digital implementation tools
- Design templates for proposals and publications
- Support our communications team
The remuneration range for this position is $70,000-$90,000 depending on your level of experience. The hours are 20-32hrs per week (negotiable). - Adept at using technology including Google Suite, Lil Regie, Squarespace, Asana, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Mailchimp, online training platforms such as Moodle, or an ability to learn
Professional experience, qualifications and knowledge preferred.- Previous experience in a similar role
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline such as project management, learning design, training development, or administration is desirable but not compulsory
- Knowledge and understanding of te Tiriti o Waitangi
