Permanent, full-timeTe āhuatunga a te tūranga - About the roleAs a Pae Tukutuku Poutama you are responsible for the registration of land titles, records integrity and record storage including the data in the system. A key function of this role is the on-going data and business information verification, maintenance and quality storage and care of all Court records including land titles, court orders, permanent paper records and other historical information of business and cultural significance. You'll be supported to grow your understanding of our processes, relevant legislation, regulations and acts. You will enjoy building relationships with your team and the Judiciary. Key responsibilities:- Provide information relating to the record of the court and title registrations
- Participate in and support business initiatives
- Undertake and ensure the safe archiving, storage and filing of Court records in accordance with documented procedures and national standards
- Implement and operate within the protocols, access permissions and security guidelines
- Contribute to a positive team culture that enables the high performance of the immediate team and organisation

- NCEA level 3 or relevant work experience
- experience working in a high-paced service environment where you are required to respond to changing needs and priorities
- confidence in Te Reo me ōna Tikanga Māori, or a genuine interest to learn.

Salary rangeThe appointing salary for this role will be between $50,128 to $70,768. Starting salary of the successful candidate will be based on their skills and experience.
